Overview
South Hook Gas Company Ltd. is a UK joint venture of Qatar Petroleum Gas Trading (QGII) Limited (70%) and ExxonMobil Qatargas (II) Limited (30%) established in 2004 and based in London.
South Hook Gas Company Ltd. has entered into the following agreements:
- A long term LNG Sales & Purchase Agreement with Qatargas II.
- A Terminal Capacity Agreement with the South Hook LNG Terminal.
- A long term Gas Sales & Purchase Agreement with ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Europe.
South Hook Gas is a key player in ensuring that significant supplies are imported to the UK Market by optimizing the capacity held in Europe’s largest LNG terminal.
