South Hook Gas manages and owns the capacity at one of Europe’s largest LNG terminals, the South Hook LNG terminal in South Wales. It does this by importing LNG and supplying gas into the UK gas transmission system. In addition, the company markets the spare capacity at the terminal to enable other companies to supply gas into the UK market. Already, South Hook Gas has signed a number of agreements with leading energy market participants meaning that the UK can access gas supplies, transported as LNG, from around the world.
