8 November 2011 – South Hook Gas was one of the speakers today at the autumn Czech Gas Conference which was held in the prestigious surroundings of Prague Castle. Rashid Al-Marri, General Manager of South Hook Gas was invited to speak about the development of the Qatari LNG sector and how it has contributed to improved energy security in Europe. He then explained the role of South Hook Gas and its rapid growth to become the largest LNG supplier in the UK and one of the largest in Europe.
